how does this work? i've never had a website before.
it's really super easy. we sit down and talk about what you want your website to be, and then we'll work up some rough layouts. if you approve them we go ahead, and we build everything to your specs, and put it online piece by piece- and you see the whole thing before it goes online. you don't even have to learn a pinch of web design if you don't want to!

how does billing work?
depending on the cost of the site, usually we require half of the payment up front, and then the remainder when the website is live and on the internet. we can also arrange for different payment plans, depending on your budget. red cat accepts paypal and personal checks, and we provide invoices for tax purposes as well.

what about updates?
you have 3 options to update your website once it's all set up- you can update it youself if you're familiar with html, you can hire us to do hourly updates, or you can have an administration system set up on your site to manage the whole thing within your web browser.

i'm not-so-hot with computers... can we still do this?
of course! lots of people we've worked with are novices on the computer- or else they'd be programming their own sites! we'll work closely with you though to make sure you understand how your site is going up, and how to manage it when it's all done.
